जब किसी व्यक्ति या वस्तु का situation /position /state/ या condition planned way में होने जा रहा था, उसे व्यक्त करने के लिए उपरोक्त structure का प्रयोग करते हैं |

Examples :


She was going to be absent. वह अनुपस्थित होने जा रही थी |

Just as the class was going to finish the electricity went off. जब कक्षा समाप्त होने जा रही थी तभी बिजली चली गई |

It was going to be the last round. अंतिम चरण होने जा रहा था |

Nothing was going to be wrong. कुछ भी गलत नहीं होने जा रहा था |

Everything was going to be all right. सब कुछ सही होने जा रहा था |
