S + v1 /v5. 

1. मैं खाता हूँ |  I ea.

2. हमलोग पढ़ते हैं | We read.

3. तुम आते हो | You come.
       
4. वे लोग जाते हैंट  They go.
         
5. लड़के दौड़ते हैं| The boys run.

इस में present indefinite tense का साधारण तरीके से परिभाषा, पहचान और अनुवाद करने का नियम बताया गया है जो हिन्दी से present indefinite tense का अनुवाद करना  सिखने वालों के लिए काफी उपयोगी है |

   

               1 present indefinite tense

    Present indefinite tense -  काम करने वाले के स्वभाव या आदत को बताता है |इससे ऐसे काम के करने या होने का पता चलता है जो वर्तमान  में स्वभावत: या सामान्यतया होता है जैसे -

गाय घास खाती है | The cow eats grass.

बिल्ली मांस खाती है | The cat eats meat.

मेरी माँ मुझे प्यार करती है | My  mother loves me.

मैं स्कूल जाता हूँ |  I go to school.

पहचान - जिस हिन्दी वाक्य के क्रिया के अंत में (ता हूँ /ती हूँ /ते हो /ती हो /ता है /ती है) रहता है, उस क्रिया का अनुवाद present indefinite tense में होता है |

अनुवाद का नियम -Subject के बाद verb  क्रिया का मूल रूप रखा जाता है |अगर Subject third person के singular Number में हो तो क्रिया में -s/es जोड़ा जाता है |

Note 1.जब Subject ( I -मैं /We -हम सब /हम लोग /You -तुम /तुम सब /तुम लोग /आप /आप सब /आप लोग /They -वे लोग /वे सब या कोई pIural Noun रहता है, तब Verb क्रिया में -s/es नहीं जोड़ा जाता है |जैसे -

Note 2.जब subject he-वह /she-बह /it यह /singular noun रहता है, तब verb में -s/esजुड़ता है, जैसा कि इन उदाहरणों से स्पष्ट है -

1. वह पढ़ता है |He reads.

2. वह गाती है |She sings.

3. राम खेलता है |Ram plays.

4. सीता हँसती है |Sita laughs.

5. गाय चरती है |The cow grazes.

6. लड़का टहलता है |The boy walk.

7. शिक्षक  पढ़ाते हैं |The teacher teaches.


1. मेरा भाई खाता है |  My brother plays.

2. तुम्हारी बहन खेलती है|   Your sister plays.

3. तुम्हारी बहनें खेलती हैं|   Your sisters play.

4. उसका भाई दौड़ता है |    His brother runs.

5. मैं स्कूल जाता हूँ |     I go to school.

6. वह आम खाता है|     He eats a mango.

7. राम एक letter लिखता है|Ran writes a letter.

8. वह मुझे जानता है |     He knows me.

Note: My brother, Your sister, His brother इत्यादि Third Person Singular Number में हैं |अत: verb में -s/es लगेगा |

1. जब subject I /we /you /they /plural noun रहता है, तब do not का प्रयोग होता है |

2. जब subject he /she /it /singular noun रहता है, तब does not का प्रयोग होता है |

3.मुख्य क्रिया (main verb )में -s/es नहीं जुड़ता है |

1. मैं नहीं खाता हूँ|   I do not eat.

2. तुम नहीं पढ़ते हो |    You do not read.

3. वह नहीं गाती है |    You do not sing.

4. राम नहीं जानता है |    Ram does not know.

5. वे लोग नहीं जाते हैं |    They do not go.

6. बिल्ली नहीं आती है |   The cat does not come.

7.लड़के नहीं जानते हैं |    The boys do not know.

8. घोड़े नहीं दौड़ते हैं|       The horses do not run.

9. राम और मदन नहीं गाते हैं |Ram and Madam do not sing.
